Solitron’s DC-DC Converters are high efficiency, synchronous buck converters with ultra-small foot prints. Assembled in advanced 6mm x 6mm x 1.85mm 34-pin QFN packages, the converter integrates the buck converter, inductor and Power MOSFET switches.
The series highlights a full set of protection features including short-circuit protection, over-current protection, under voltage protection and thermal shut down. The MPT series is ideal for space constrained applications providing point of load power for FPGA’s, ASIC’s, DSP’s and Network processors.
